Yesterday 29th of October starting at 4:30pm CET, we observed SMS delivery degradation because of the Microsoft Azure global incident (https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status/history/). By 5pm CET, we switched our routing to another gateway to bypass Microsoft Azure services. All SMS affected during that time window were delivered late around 9:21pm CET once the Microsoft Azure gateway was back online. No SMS were lost during the incident.
We switched our traffic routing back to the original gateway this morning at 9am CET.
